Machado Consulting has chosen and deployed ConnectWise software. The technology consulting company selected ConnectWise to support and automate their help desk, ticketing, service-level management, project management and reporting in a single, Web-based application. Helder Machado, Machado Consulting's owner and founder, was excited with the speed of deployment of ConnectWise. ConnectWise enables us to put processes and procedures in place quickly and helps us to efficiently manage multiple types of services and agreements. This allows us to keep up in our fast-paced environment.
