Machado Consulting

Helder Machado is Owner and Founder of Machado Consulting. Mr. Machado has overall responsibility for leading the Machado Consulting day-to-day charge, and managing and building business operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Mr. Machado is a 20 year veteran of the IT Services industry and started the business nine years ago because he saw the need for better tech support for small businesses.

Mr. Machado is a combat veteran and recipient of the Combat Infantryman's Badge and has served in Iraq with the highly decorated 3rd Infantry Division. He has been in the United States Army for over 22 years and holds the rank of Major. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is currently enrolled at the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management, MBA program. He has been married to his high school sweetheart and better half Maggie for over 20 years and together they have three children and reside in Sutton, MA.
