Machado Consulting is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) that was founded on the idea that great, quality IT support should be available not just for the Fortune 500 companies, but for all companies. When we started to look around, we noticed that nearly all of the IT support companies were mostly “break – fix” companies; they get paid when things break and they fix them; usually poorly.  We wanted to start a company that had a different approach and we started with three basic ideas.

1.       What if you could get great IT support?

2.       What if you could pay one flat price for it?

3.       What if the IT support company lost money when things broke?

With this in mind, Machado Consulting was born from the ground up to be a high quality, customer service focused company that provided one flat price for all of your IT support needs and YES, we lose money when your systems go down.

We would even go as far as to say Machado Consulting is a “customer service” company that does IT support and not the other way around. We understand that great customer service and IT support is actually very difficult to find and extremely rare for small businesses.   Most companies pay for inexpensive services, get bad advice, and end up spending more money in the long run trying to fix and correct the mistakes these “break – fix” companies make.  The alternative was to pay for an expensive professional services company, get good advice, and still have no money because of their outrageous fees.   Our approach was different. One flat price?

Really? Isn’t that a bit risky? Many people told us that we couldn’t do it and that we wouldn’t make any money doing it. Well, we looked at it this way, who would take better care of your computer systems; a company that gets paid when they break and go down or a company who loses money when your systems go down? It was obvious to us, that if we were a small business owner, we would want a company to look after our computer systems and care as much about them as we do about our business; and that’s what we do! Our approach is simple; we look after your computer systems as if they were our own.
